1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that off-road activities involved inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, theft, or loss. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of the risks.
2. Release of liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Chispa Ruta Off-Road, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss or damage to myself, my passengers, my property, or others, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Personal Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for all passengers, my actions and equipment during the event. I agree to operate my vehicle safely and in accordance with all event rules and local laws.
4. No Weapons Policy: For the safety of all participants, no firearms, weapons, or explosives of any kind are permitted at the Chispa Ruta Off-Road event or property. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver of liability and event rules.
